Trados login issue – trial subscription interfering with Freelance account:

I have installed Trados on my laptop and I have a Freelance subscription. I also have access to two tenants: my personal tenant and the tenant of a company I work with, which uses Enterprise.

However, when I log in, I am shown a 30-day trial subscription, even though I already have a Freelance subscription. Once the 30-day trial expired, I was no longer able to switch between my personal tenant and the company tenant.

Could you please let me know how to remove the trial subscription from my computer? I understand that it may be stored locally, but I do not need it and it seems to be causing this issue.
