URGENT: Activation limit reached – manual reset required

Hello,

I am unable to activate my Trados Studio 2024 license due to the following error:

"Reached the maximum allowed concurrent activations: 1"

I have already tried:
- Logging out and back in
- Changing my password
- Using the self-service reset option (limit reached)

Currently, I cannot use Trados at all and this is blocking my work.

Could someone from RWS please manually reset my license activation?
