Reached the maximum allowed concurrent activations

Hello,

I'm getting this message on Trados Studio 2024 when I try to use it and activate my subscription. I have only one device. This problem has appeared frequently but it usually disappears after some time. Now it persists and won't let continue my work. 

This is a bug in your software. Can you finally please fix it?
