Need help: "Reached maximum allowed concurrent activations" error in Trados Studio 2024

Hello,

I am using Trados Studio 2024 (Trados Freelance Personal subscription).
When I try to activate the software, I keep getting this error message:
"Reached the maximum allowed concurrent activations '1' for your subscription. Deactivate other Studio instances or consider upgrading your subscription."

I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps:

1. I clicked "Sign out" on the activation screen.

2. I went to my RWS Account -> Subscriptions -> Connected Devices. I disconnected my Desktop PC. Now it shows "Desktop PC 0/2".

3. I followed the "How to reset the Trados subscription" article recommended by the chat support.

Even after doing all of this, the error still appears. My subscription is active until December 2026.

It seems my old session is stuck on the server. Could a technician please check my account and manually reset my license from your system?
