URGENT: Trados Studio 2024 – Maximum concurrent activations reached

Hi,

I am using Trados Studio 2024 Freelance (monthly subscription).

I am receiving the error:
"Reached the maximum allowed concurrent activations '1'"

I only use Trados on one laptop, and no other instances are running. Since yesterday, I had multiple activation prompts, and now I can no longer activate. It appears there is a stuck or ghost activation on my account?

Could you please help me solve this issue? Probably reset my activation/device count?
