I was working on a project when I ran into this error message: You have reached the maximum number of activations allowed (“1”) for your subscription. Deactivate the other Studio instances or consider upgrading your subscription.I followed the steps in this link How to reset the Trados subscription, but it didn't work.
In my account “Concurrent_Access” is red, it indicates “2/2 100%” as if I had reached the limit of user who can work in the platform at the same time. I'm the only one using it!
