the issue with the activation of the subscription has been resolved by the technical team, you should be able to use Trados now. If you still have activation problems, please let me know.

It's started again unfortunately - a real problem. Any ideas please?

There is no indication that there is a similar issue with yesterday at this time.
Please try a repair for Trados and if it persists, a reset of Trados to default state, as indicated in the below article and let me know how this goes:
And you may also consider installing Trados 2024 - you are on a subscription and subscriptions are always on the latest edition of Trados. From the screenshot it looks like you are still using Trados 2022.
