How I can reactivate Trados License if my license period is over?

Dear,

I have been the user from year 2014with order number: 753320 and the license period is passed without my reactivation in the last year.

I have used the email ID and my other personal information of mine at the time of first license period.

Can I reactivate the license for another year?
