Studio shuts down - too many activations Error message

My Studio freezes every 30 minutes or so while I'm working - an error message indicating maxed simultaneous activations for subscription (though I'm the sole user). When I reopen, the system asks me to reactivate my subscription. Is this a bug or else? Can it be resolved? Thx for any help!

    You have a subscription based license type for Trados Studio, which connects via the Language Cloud. It does not matter if it's a Freelance license or a different Trados product, it applies to all Trados products that connect for activation via the cloud.

    The subscription does not reset like a perpetual license, kindly follow the article, it indicates right at the start the Scope/Environment exactly for this license type:Highlighted text under ScopeEnvironment showing 'Trados Studio Subscription-based' repeated multiple times with different Trados products.

    The devices that are to be deleted basically represent the registration in the system of the devices or web browser you used for the subscription.

    Follow the procedure and let me know if, after removing the devices, you still get the activation request.
