Studio 2024: Subscription "Trados Freelance Professional" not working.

Question

When I open Trados 2024 and see the product activation window, I can see this:

But when I click on close, I see this:

I have been using Studio 2021 for months due to this problem, but it's not acceptable. I need to be able to use Studio 2024, since that is what I'm paying for. How do I activate the product with a licence?
