Dear RWS - Team,
with offline deactivation und offline activation, we moved our "SDL Passolo 2018 Professional Edition" from one computer to another.
After that, everything was working. Several weeks later, when starting the programm the licence is no longer available one the new computer. It looks like a failre in the program. Because of that, using offline deactivation und offline activation to reactivate the licence is not possible.
Can you please reset the RWS Onlie Portal regarding our licence, so we can use offline activation again?
