If you have a support agreement, follow the procedure from there. Otherwise the only way to get help is to post a detailed problem description here. When posting, please be as detailed as possible. Even details appearing fully irrelevant to you may help in solving your problem quickly.

I can't submit a support ticket because I can't log in to the site.
I was in the middle of uploading a file when everything disappeared. That's the problem.
You can post here.
Where did you upload the file? Cloud? Server? What disappeared? Please provide valid information to enable us to help you. With such ominous descriptions no help is possible.

Kindly take a screenshot of the error and also indicate if you are working in the cloud editor Trados or in the desktop Trados, also what file is the one you are trying to download and what steps did you take to download it, etc. We cannot guess what is happening on your computer so we need as many details as possible Thank you.
