Trados doesn't open & Licence activation

Question

Hello 
 I have a Trados Studio 2024 Freelance licence since February and since yesterday I can't open the program. When I try to open the program, the first 2-3 blue windows pop up but than the program shuts down. 
 I unisntalled it and reinstalled but that did not help. I also tried to repair it. 
 It seems that my licence is not activated anymore (0 in use): 
 
 Can you please help me with this issue? I need Trados every day and it is important that I can use the program asap!
