I have purchased a Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license for two computers, but one of them is not working.
When I checked my RWS account, I noticed that only one computer is currently authorized, whereas previously I saw two.
Do you know what might have happened?

Both you activation fulfilments are In Use
If you need to free one, you need to Reset the license, see below the procedure, and you need to select the one you think it's the computer who needs to have the license activated:

Thank you for your reply. However, I originally had two users with a Plus license, whereas only one is currently shown in your screenshot. This is the reason for my question.
I don't understand what you mean by two users.
You own only one license - a Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license, it allows you to activate the software on two separate computers but it is only one license.
And as you can see, both activation fulfilments are in use, the Available field is marked 00 because there is no license available at this time. You can however reset one of the In use fulfilments and then activate it on the computer where it needs to be activated.
