Estoy intentando activar mi licencia de Trados 2017 en un PC nuevo. He tenido varios contactos y ayudas que copio aquí abajo. Por ahora ninguna de las sugerencias me han ayudado. Sigo con el mismo problema. Quizás otra solución?

Acabo de ver que todavía tiene una activación disponible. ¿Recibe algún mensaje de error cuando intenta activar el programa?

¿Podría informarme qué sistema operativo está instalado en el nuevo PC?

Trados 2017 is no longer supported technically and was not tested on Windows 11, so it may not function properly there.

If you have Windows 11 try the following steps: 

In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).

Then try again offline activation.
