I didn't receive the notice that my subscription expired because that email isn't monitored and forwarded messages sometimes go astray. I've had trouble updating my email and phone number when I try because I had another account under that email that I am unable to delete. In the meantime, I need to renew my subscription but the quotes that I didn't see in time have expired. I haven't gotten an answer from the service ticket I filed two days ago and I need to be able to do my work.
