Trados Studio 2019 - change device with perpetual license

Question

Hello Dear RWS Team, I have purchased a perpetual license for Trados Studio 2019 and I need to move this license and start using it on my new laptop (I know my license key). 
 I am not able to Deactivate the license on my old laptop and Activate it on the new one as in both cases, I get the "Could not connect to the activation server, 403 Forbidden" error. 
 An offline re-activation also doesn't work for me because I do not possess any information about the authority. I don't have the required certificate. 
 
 How can I proceed please?

Hi Viktor Hintnaus , 
 Please reset the license from your RWS Account - Licenses tab , the license appears In Use and you seem to have issues in deactivating it from the old laptop.

 Also, you activate and deactivate offline the license making use of the RWS Account, please check the videos in the playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLeCTib6EEYZHfZBaRI2ZsRm3r8bKGq-Qz 
 Since Trados 2019 is an older version, we recommend using the offline procedure to activate it.
