After a short brake I renewed my Trados Studio 2024 Freelance license monthly subscription, but when I try to access Trados Studio I receive the message that my subscription is not active. I have tried to repair it as described in the section of Technical Support (Knowledge base) by renaming the relevant folders, but it did not help, so I uninstalled Trados using Revo uninstaller. It also did not help. Could you please help with this issue by resetting the license on your side?
