Hello,
I want to reset my licences as one of the licences is installed on a computer that is no longer working.
The button to reset licences in my account is not working. Is there another way to perform the reset
I have TradosStudio2021SR2_16.2.10.9305.

Please reset your license from your RWS account – Products&Plans - Licenses&Subscriptions as indicated in the article below:
Please note you need to wait 30 minutes before you can activate on your new PC. If you no longer can reset the license by yourself, please let me know and I will raise a ticket.

Thank you for your quick response. In the meantime, the button became active, and I was able to reset the license. Apparently, it just needed some time. :)
