"Your Language Cloud account has reached the maximum number of registered devices for the current subscription." I deleted all the devices on my Language Cloud account but still doesnt't work.

I followed https://gateway.rws.com/csm?sys_kb_id=62e0c2bf834eaa94a6b1fab8beaad3a5&id=kb_article_view&sysparm_rank=1&sysparm_tsqueryId=5c5c8cbd83cc2ad0a6b1fab8beaad301&spa=1 , deleted all the devices on my Language Cloud account, but still get the same message in Trados.
