I have a licence number for SDL Studio 2017, however I can not reset the licence and I cannot find any way to do it. Could you help?

Question

- I have tried to reset the two license keys in the RWS account, however it says that I have reached the maximum number within 12 months. 
 - I cannot access anymore the computer, on which SDL Studio is installed.
