Urgent help please! "Reached the maximum allowed activations '1' for your subscription"

Error message keeps appearing saying "Reached the maximum allowed activations '1' for your subscription. Deactivate other Studio instances or consider upgrading your subscription".

I only use Trados Studio on my laptop and have a yearly freelance personal subscription that is valid. I use Trados Studio 2024 but can't access the application because of this error message. Have logged out and back in again and restarted laptop but it hasn't worked.
