I have a perpetual license for SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional. I have bought a new laptop and want to download and install the product. However, when I log in to my RWS account on the new laptop, SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional does not appear among the dropdown menu options for downloadable products. How can I download it for my new laptop?

Please check the Downloads tab in your RWS account:

The installer for Trados 2019 is the first one 
You need to also reset the license - as currently appears In Use, here is how:

Also, when you activate it again, please make sure you use the offline activation, for Trados 2019 works better:
