Happy new year
I need assistance of getting back my back up licence
I use sdl 2015 2 PCs, one of my PC crashed lately and was formatted so I lost most of my insltalled tools including SDL with its licence so I also tried to deactivate online and received deactivation certificate but it didn't work for me, now I am using one PC with no problem while the other PC denied the licence so I would need to use my other PC

Hi Abdi,
Normally the process is to raise a support request and the licensing team will do this for you. Given it's New Year and there's no one around I have done it, so you should be good to go. If it happens again the process is this.
Go to the Knowledgebase;
Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now here;
Licensing Problems
- I use SDL Trados Studio 2015 / SDL Passolo 2015
-- I need to have my license reset
Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
