After having follwed the instruction of your colleages Ana-Maria Matefi I still cannot activate my licence on my new computer. I have deactivated on old computer and have reset my licence. Below you can see the error message I receive.

Please try to activate your license offline as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784
In case you have Windows 11 installed, follow these steps before activating the license: In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
