I have recently set up my laptop from scratch and have reinstalled all my SDL applications. Now, everytime I try to open the Trados Workbench, the program asks for activation at the end of which I receive the following message: Only deployed entitlement line item can be fulfilled. # 9323-0510321 (Error code 50040)
The program runs in demo mode (and is thus useless to me) and the Licence Manager shows that I have two trial licences (??!?) one of which has expired a few days ago.
How do I get this changed to a permanent licence so I can work with the product again?
