Hello! I hope somebody can provide me with easy steps on to how to return my license to install the software on another computer. The steps provided in the SDL Licensing Online Help explain that the process needs accessing both the RWS account and the product activation wizard to enter the deactivation certificate, but I''m unable to do this. Also, I found there is a way to reset the license, but I don't see this option in my account
I'm trying to figure out how to meet a deadline, while I wait until until the morning to seek the assistance of an IT person to fix the issue why I cannot open Trados in my PC in the first place (WMI issues), so your help will very much be appreciated during this crisis. My current version is Trados Studio 2021 SR2.
