I recently changed my laptop and followed the proper procedure to move my license: I deactivated the activation on the old machine, then installed Trados Studio 2022 on the new laptop and successfully activated it. I also updated to SR2, and everything worked normally for a few days.
However, suddenly the software no longer recognizes the activation and it switched to trial mode. At the same time, when I try “Check for updates”, it shows “No internet connection”, even though my internet is working normally and I can browse other websites.
I have already tried reinstalling Trados Studio, resetting network settings, and testing different connections, but the issue persists.
Could you please help me reactivate the license?
