Cannot deactivate license – offline ticket not working

Hello,

I am experiencing a licensing issue with SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus.

I contacted RWS support via the contact form and received an offline deactivation ticket. However, the process still fails:

  • Online deactivation returns error 403
  • Offline deactivation via Trados fails due to entitlement error
  • Using the offline deactivation ticket in my RWS account also results in an error when confirming

It seems that the license cannot be deactivated due to a server-side inconsistency.

Could a moderator or RWS staff please assist or reset my license activation?
