Cannot deactivate license

Question

Hello, 
 I used to run Trados on a Virtual Machine (VM) on my iMac that I had to delete today due to a bug I could not sort out. 
 I think my Trados license stayed "stucked" within that former VM. 
 I tried to deactivate my license through my online session on your platform but it does not seem to work properly. 
 Could you please help me out by deactivating it for me? I can therefore activate it again on a new VM I just created and on which I reinstalled Trados.
