Dear RWS Support Team,
I am experiencing an ongoing issue with activating my SDL Trados Studio 2024 license.
In my RWS license account, the license is shown as “in use”, which makes it unavailable for activation. Because of this, I am unable to activate the license from within the application.
As a result, I currently cannot work, despite having a valid license.
This issue was reported previously, but the case has been closed and the problem still persists.
I kindly ask you to:
- release / deactivate the license currently marked as “in use”,
or - manually reset the license status on my account,
or provide instructions for an alternative activation method if a reset is not possible on your side.
Thank you in advance for your urgent assistance, as this issue is blocking my work.
