Hello, today my PC crashed and I need to renew my SDL TRADOS licence in a new PC. Could you help me?

Hi Roman Majoroš,
You have a free activation fulfillment left, so you should be able to activate the license on the new computer, preferably using the offline activation procedure

The installers are also in your RWS Account under Downloads
You also have an unprocessed upgrade from Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus, which you can process.

After you activate Trados on the new computer, you can reset the old activation so as to free it for future use.
Since I don't know what operating system you have on the new computer, in case it's Windows 11 - please note that neither Trados 2017 nor Trados 2019 have been tested on it so they might not work properly.
If you have Windows 11 try the following steps, as a workaround:
In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
Then use the offline activation for Trados.

Hello Anca, I downloaded the file and installed the software, but I have only a Trial version. What should I do now do activate the full version? I have Windows 10 in my PC.
Could you please send us a screenshot to see exactly what you have and continue with the next steps?
