Why is offline deactivation not working? I have reset and deactivated several licenses over and over and they are not showing up in my list of licenses.
What can I do to correct this problem?

Please deactivate this professional license, I was unable to deactivate on a decommissioned PC running on Windows 10 and not 11 compatible:
