My Windows crashed, and Trados won't accept my activation code. The RWS site says that it is in use. What do I do?

My Windows crashed, and Trados won't accept my activation code.  When I go online to my account, it says that the license is in use.  I tried resetting my license, but I got a reset code from SDL to insert into my old installation, which no longer exists.  Help!
