Upgrade from Stusdio Freelance Plus 2022 to Studio Frelance 2025

Question

Hello and a good day to you all! I have recentely purchased a new Studio 2024 Freelance License. As I still had our firm, I had a Freelance Plus account. Now my available upgrade options are only for the licenses of my former employees - what should I do: a) reset on of the now unused licenses, install the freelance 2021 again on my machine with this license activation code and then update to Studio Freelance 2024? b) could RWS downgrade my Trados 2022 Freelance Plus license of 2021 to a simple Freelance license and then I would proceed with the update (I do not need the Freelance Plus function of a second PC.)

Hi Gerhard Seifferman , 
 You have just one upgrade purchased, from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance to Trados Studio 2024 Freelance so there's no Plus upgrade here. The upgrade is not processed. 
 The licenses in your RWS account are as follows: 2 SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus and another 3 SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance. 
 You can process the upgrade for one of the SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance licenses to Trados 2024, then download and install and activate Trados 2024. Once an upgrade is processed, the activation code generated by the system is valid only for the edition your upgraded to, in your case Trados 2024.

 You don't have a Trados 2022 Plus license, at least not on the account linked to the email used on the forum.
