THe SIYSTEM ASK ME TO INSTALL A NEW VERSION AND i lost all my works, memories and so on. I NEED URGENT SUPPORT
All the files, projects, translations memories are saved locally on your computer, these are not saved in Trados, so make sure you check your computer and the folder where you generally saved these.
The default should be in Documents, but if you changed that, then look where you know you saved them and open them in Trados.
Also, updating Trados does not delete files or projects or TMs. Only a fresh installation of the software won't have these in Trados.
