Trados Studio 2024 SR1 license stuck / offline deactivation and reset not available

I am trying to deactivate the license in order to release it, but the process is not completing correctly.

 

Issue summary:

- Online deactivation failed with Error ID 1777.

- Offline deactivation also fails. The deactivation authorization/certificate process does not complete successfully.

- Trados displayed a message saying that the product license had been deactivated and that Trados Studio would exit.

- However, when I reopen Trados Studio, the license still appears active.

- In my RWS Account, the license does not appear to have been properly released.

- The “Reset License” option is not available in my RWS Account.
