I paid for an upgrade from 2011 to 2014 about 2 years ago but didn't activate it. The order shows up in my orders, but there is no reference to the upgrade in my licences. I have followed the suggested procedures and returned the 2011 licence but 2014 still doesn't appear and I can't see any button to process the upgrade. The interface seems to be new and so the old videos etc. are of little use. I would appreciate any help on this.
