Looking for support on installing/setting up Trados Studio 2022 for myself and colleague at a large institution. We each have a software license for Trados studio 2022 for our own devices but would like to set up trados projects and related files to live on a Server to share work/collaborate, and want to avoid OneDrive. We want to Know if a shared Box.com folder or directory in a Shared 'SharePoint folder' is possible at setup given the above. 

Issue:
We want to avoid standard installation in Windows 11 that places Trados files in the Documents folder by default, which is inside our OneDrive folders that sync at the enterprise level where we work. The constant syncing of OneDrive when running Trados studio 2019 caused many freeze-ups and glitches we want to avoid for Trados Studio 2022. 

Autosave folders/files and Termbase Folders that 'live' in Windows>Documents>SDL folders  have caused syncing errors and glitches in our prior use of 2019 that prevent us from completing the workflow, using termbases, using TM's, etc. We didn't have any shared server of project files before - only individual setups on each of our machines. 

Questions:
Can we set up  Trados Studio 2022 and both select a box.com or Sharepoint drive shared folder as the default TB, Autosave, and project folder destination?  What Trados 2022 files 'NEED' to live in windows on each of our devices and what files can default to a network/cloud drive folder like box.com or Sharepoint?
What issues might this cause?
Is a local shared network drive better?
How can we each set up Trados Studio 2022 so project files are in a shared location we can both access without ''sync'' issues?
