Mi PC is dead. I am trying to use the Plus licence in my laptop and does not work Also, I want deactivate the licence in the PC and I get an error as always. Please deactivate it and also enable the extra use for Freelance Plus.

Hi Ana,
Thank you very much for your assistance. Nevetheless, this is an issue I always experiment when trying you use my licences and it caused me a big issue as I could not do my work as expected. Can you please explain to me why I get an error when trying to use my Plus licences or deactivate my licence in the dead PC?
