Its aimpossünle to activate my account

I am formally reporting a critical issue with TRADOS Studio activation. Although my subscription is active, the system suddenly requested reactivation and rejects both my activation code and certificate as invalid.


Despite contacting support, I have received no resolution. As a result, I was unable to complete an urgent translation due tomorrow, causing direct financial and professional loss.


This constitutes a serious service failure. I hold TRADOS fully responsible for all resulting damages and demand immediate resolution, as well as appropriate compensation. If this issue is not resolved without delay, I will pursue all available legal remedies.

    Your Trados Studio 2024 license is already available, before activate it please perform the following steps:

      • Close Studio

      • Go to the following location on your PC: C:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio18\Data 

      • Rename the Studio.lic file to old_Studio.lic

    but the problem şs not solved because 

    C:\Application Archives\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio16
     I don't have data and Studio.lic 
    I think I am not going to renew my subscription to Trados on the 15th of May if it continues like that.
    This is the second time in 1 year that I have the same problem. Last time Trados gave me 3 months free because of the inconvenience but it can continue like that. Last time it was a problme with the turkish language in Trados Studio databases. Can it be the same again?
