I have deactivated the license code in my Studio 2021 version and logged onto my account to access the license activation code for my newly purchased Tradus Studio 2024.
Unfortunately, I cannot access the license code - it is greyed out and I always see a sort of turning wheel, no matter how long I wait.

Firstly, please blur or cover personal details and the activation code when posting on a public forum!
Please use a different browser to Login to the RWS Account. Also, the activation code can be inserted manually if you don't manage to copy-paste it, it is the code above the license name, the one I covered.

Hi Eva, no problem, I blurred them immediately, but in the future when posting screenshots please either blur them or edit them.
And you can always ask for help on the forum and if needed, we - the moderators, can open a ticket with the technical team on the behalf of a customer.
Only a customer with a paid support contract can log themselves a ticket.
Did it work logging in on a different browser? could you copy the code?

Also, Eva you need to process the upgrade for Trados 2024 in order to have an activation code for it - the screenshot shows it is not processed yet, you have the blue box there. See please the video below on how to process an upgrade:

And once you process the upgrade, the code generated is going to be valid only for Trados 2024, Trados 2021 no longer has an activation since you upgraded the license.
