Dear RWS Support Team,
I am writing to request a force deactivation of my Trados Studio 2024 license.
I intended to deactivate the license on my current computer to reactivate it on a different machine. However, although the deactivation process was performed, the license status still appears as "In Use" in my account profile.
Could you please forcefully deactivate the license on your end so that I may proceed with the reactivation?
