I again need your help with one of my Studio 2019 licences. It worked in both LAN and WLAN mode after your last help some weeks ago. But yesterday, I changed my laptop from LAN to WLAN mode without switching the laptop off before. Now Studio 2019 does not open any more, neither in LAN nor in WLAN mode. Can you again reset the licence?

The license ending in "9da1" is already reset and available for activation. If you need another license from your account to be reset you can use the Reset License option from the licenses page.
