ID not linked to any RWS account - cannot sign into cloud account

I have a new Trados Studio subscription, but I cannot sign into my cloud account. Every time I get to this error:

Cloud Sign In page showing an error message: 'Your RWS ID is not linked to any RWS Language Cloud account. Create an account or contact your RWS Language Cloud account administrator.' A 'Sign out' button is visible.

Please assist me to link my RWS sign-in credentials to my cloud account
