Almost the same as what happened to another user, this has happened to me, but with Trados 2022 SR2 instead of with 2024:
I was working as usual, when I got an error message telling me that I have reached my maximum number of simultaneous activations allowed.
I have a Freelance Subscription and I am using version 2022 SR2.
My subscription is valid till July 2026 (verified at my RWS account), but Trados is telling me that I have more than one instance of Trados, which is not true.
I can't reactivate because of said error message.
It shuts down and doesn't let me "activate" or "reactivate" -the Trados application is not offering me a Cloud option.
Is Trados not well designed?
Do I need to reinstall Trados? (losing the work I was doing, or losing work time anyway)
How can I reactivate the subscription without further delays?
Can you do that from your side? (as a technical support worker/administrator)
I am in the midst of a project, and I'm fed up.
