Hi, I would like to deactivate my Trados Studio 2019 license in order to install it on another PC. When I clicked the Deactivate button, I got the following error message:
Deactivation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
Could you tell me what I should do now?

Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
Then you can activate it on a new PC, offline as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784
In case you have Windows 11 installed, follow these steps before activating the license: In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).
