Cannot deactivate or reset activation when transferring to new device

Dear Team:

Good afternoon!

I'm a student and currently have Trados Studio Freelance Personal Subscription and using Trados Studio 2024, and using a MacBook to run Trados in Windows Virtual Machine. Today my Windows Desktop arrived and I deleted the VM. I can't activate the license on my new desktop when I log in. It said You have reached the maximum device number. 

Could the team deactivate or reset the activation? Thanks a lot:)
