I forgot to deactivate the license again before I reset my PC.
Then I tried to reset the license from my RWS Account. I clicked on the reset bottons showed on my two licenses (one is the extra one as I purchased the Plus), but I saw only one license was reset successfully after I back to the Licenses view page.
And the resetoption is no longer be visible now.
Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance
Hi Shirley Yeng,
With the Plus license, you can reset the other activation fulfilment only after you activate the available one, so both to be In Use.
Looking at the account, one is Available to use, that's why you cannot reset the other one.
Activate the license and use the available activation fulfilment, and then the Reset button is going to be available again and you can reset the remaining one.
