Hello there.
I've recently purchased a new computer and can't deactivate one of my two permitted SDL Trados 2019 activations on one of my old computers so I can use it on the new one instead. I have tried online and offline deactivation, but nothing seems to work. With online activation, it says it cannot connect to the servers, while for offline it refuses to accept the certificate generated on the website.
Could I get some help on this?
